Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of your original purchase date.
• This guarantee applies to one bottle/order per customer.
• Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time; refunds apply only to the most recent shipment under this guarantee window.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@sandorva.com with your order number. We do not require you to return the product. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What's Not Covered

• Repeated refund requests across multiple orders may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
